Admin onboarding

Only users with a verified CommunityPulse account can open the nomination form. You must sign in on this site first — that is the only website login, and it exists solely for this flow.

Why this exists

A resident may sign up successfully, but still have no local admins for their suburb. Without community representatives on the platform, address verification and other community administration functions cannot proceed as designed.

Verified users usually know who represents their community group (central improvement districts, neighbourhood watch, ratepayers associations etc.). By submitting the relevant community representative details, you enable CommunityPulse to reach out to them about onboarding your community.

Process (enforced)

  1. 1 Create an account and confirm your email (app or this site’s Sign Up).
  2. 2 Sign in here with account details.
  3. 3 Nominate your community group representative by providing their name, contact, email, suburb, postal code and city.
  4. 4 We reach out to the nominated representative to start the community onboarding process

The nomination form is blocked until email verification is completed. Day-to-day CommunityPulse use remains in the app.
